ORDERS and PAYMENTS: 

We roast Monday to Thursday and require a minimum of 4kg for all UK wholesale orders.

Orders must be placed no later than 10am on a Thursday for guaranteed fulfilment that week. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched in the following week. We encourage all our customers to order earlier in the week to avoid disappointment.

After you place your order, confirmation will be followed within 24-48 hours with an invoice through our accounts software, XERO. Then you can pay via BACS, all details can be found on invoice. If you would like to discuss payment terms, please contact us.

Orders placed over the weekend please allow us until Monday to confirm your order (or the next working day).

For ALL new wholesale accounts we require payment prior to dispatch, please get in touch if you'd like to discuss payment terms.

From time to time certain coffees posted here may have sold out. If this is the case we will contact you directly with either an amendment or substitution.

DELIVERY:

We offer different options for delivery, DHL couriers (every working day), collection from our Roastery (Mon-Fri, 9-4pm) and we personally deliver to our local clients with our refill tubs (see below). Please be aware that bank holidays and Christmas may interfere with our usual shipping schedules due to DHL policies. Get in touch for more information.

Orders above 20Kg qualify for free delivery.

Dispatch notifications will come through OrderSpace when we have completed your order.

Sometimes OrderSpace may incorrectly calculate your shipping, if this is the case with your order, we reserve the right to adjust and bill accordingly.

REUSABLE/REFILL TUBS: 

This option is ONLY available for local wholesale partners. 

Clients are able to arrange for their coffee to be delivered in reusable ‘food-safe’ buckets rather than in our usual recyclable packaging: orders must be at least 4kg (1x tub).

COFFEE SAMPLES:

You are limited to a maximum 4 samples in total (1x 100g sample bag for each coffee). If you place an order for more than one of each sample, we will automatically adjust the amount.
